The Holiday Inn Jesmond is a modern but traditional hotel offering Newcastle conference facilities for meetings, training and more, which is easily accessible by road and metro whilst Newcastle city centre is ½ mile away. The hotel is ideally based for sightseeing in Northumberland or shopping in both the city or nearby Metro Centre.

The Rothbury Suite is the main conference meeting room and is ideally located within the hotel being close to Chapters Restaurant, Library Bar and Lounge areas. It is situated on the ground floor and has easy access at the rear for loading purposes. This room will comfortably accommodate between 20 - 150 delegates in various layouts. Dene and Jesmond Rooms are also in the Conference and Function Centre and are ideal for private functions. They will seat up to 16 guests around the dining table and are also available to hire as syndicate meeting areas. Granville and Eldon Rooms will accommodate up to 14 delegates in boardroom or 'U' shape layouts. The Armstrong Room is the boardroom, which will seat up to 18 delegates in armchairs. There is also built-in audio-visual equipment consisting of Television, VHS Video, Overhead Projector and Screen. The Brandling Room is situated on the first floor of the hotel and will accommodate 6 people in boardroom style layout. It is ideal for small meetings or as an interview room. Syndicate Rooms - There are a number of rooms within the hotel that can be used as small syndicate areas or are ideal for interviewing purposes. All rooms are fitted with a comfort cooling system, have natural daylight and a full range of business services can be provided.

All 122 en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated whilst the restaurant and bar offer traditional and international cuisine. Other features include complimentary parking and a leisure club with heated indoor swimming pool.

After a full day , relax and unwind in the hotel's leisure club with its indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, steam room or solarium. Or for those who wish to work out, the fitness room is fitted with cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights.

After a good work-out, you can join other delegates in Chapters Restaurant, which has an excellent reputation for serving a variety of traditional meals. Following your meal, you may wish to take a 5-minute cab ride to the thriving nightlife on Newcastle's Quayside or simply relax in the hotel's Library Bar.
